Listening to Thoughts

The best way to deal with excessive thinking is to just listen to it, to listen to the mind. Listening is much more effective than trying to stop thought or cut it off.

  1. The stream of thought keeps flowing relentlessly, the content isn’t of my choosing. It’s like like having someone constantly rambling on and on. Yet I place such importance on it. Sigh. Wonderful post.
